Karen spends her workdays at her home office overlooking one of the prettiest blocks in Brooklyn.
With over 20 years of award-winning experience, she just loves diving into her clients' marketing challenges and coming up with the innovative solution that makes everything just "click."
She shares her creative techniques - and interviews others on theirs - with her bi-weekly column on B2B Email Marketing for ClickZ.
A nature lover and ardent environmentalist, she was named an "Environmental Hero" by the Sierra Club.
On the weekends, you can find her either shopping for organic food at the Park Slope Food Coop -- or having fun with her husband and two young sons. To stay sane from juggling all of the above, Karen escapes to nearby parks to run, cross country ski or ice skate - depending on the season.
Prior to starting her own business in 1987, she held the post of Copy Supervisor at Millennium, Inc., where her accounts included Citibank, Newsweek, MasterCard, Oxford Health Plans, and American Express.
Karen began her copywriting career at Ziff-Davis, writing direct response advertising for PC magazine and other computer titles. A graduate of Adelphi University with a degree in Business Administration, she also attended the School of Visual Arts.
